To make sure that your units have shorter vacancy cycles and finding long-term lease contracts, we can check new applicants and manage the existing tenants. We have resources and knowledge in handling different customers and the means to screen the applicants for tenancy history, and related information.

Rental Collection

We aim to ensure that rent is collected on time. There will be problem tenants, but if collecting rent is stressful for you, we can act as your representative to collect and adjust rents.
