Saint Lucia Tourism Authority introduced a new option to its extended-stay Live It program, now offering visitors to Saint Lucia a multiple entry visa for up to one year. The Live It program allows travelers to immerse themselves in local culture and explore the island’s natural beauty during an extended stay vacation.
The Live It program, first introduced in early 2021, allowed for visits up to six weeks. And now, with the program’s second phase, travelers seeking to make multiple visits of any length can stay for up to a year with a multiple entry visa for $75. Check out a video overview of the program.
The two different options in the Live It program offer a truly authentic experience:
- Tailor-Made Experience: Curated by Live It Island Specialists, this option provides visitors with an off-the-beaten-path itinerary of Saint Lucia’s sites and attractions while living like a local. Specialists include Barefoot Holidays, Serenity Vacations & Tours and St. James Travel & Tours.
- Live It Independently: Apply directly to the Immigration Department for a multi-entry visa for up to one year by completing a Saint Lucia Application Form at least two weeks prior to travel. Within five days, applicants will receive notice of approval with a temporary approval letter; the visa fee is payable at the airport.
Travelers can choose any hotel or villa while taking part in the program, and several hotels — including Bay Gardens Resorts, The Landings Resort and Spa and Windjammer Landing — also offer extended-stay programs for families and remote workers.
